Assistant Manager

The Lofts at Downtown Salem are searching for a dependable and detail-oriented team member to assist with day-to-day hotel operations. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and Housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations, excellent guest experiences, and ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel. 

Responsibilities include:

✔ Assisting with inventory counts and supply tracking.

✔ Supporting the night audit process and preparing daily reports.

✔ Performing room inspections to ensure quality and cleanliness.

✔ Responding to guest requests and reporting maintenance issues.

✔ Helping clean rooms as needed. 

✔ Providing general assistance around the hotel.

Qualifications:

📌 High school diploma or GED.

📌 Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
